• Dr. Carlisle’s prior experience includes serving as Director of the Primary Care Service Line at Tripler Army Medical Center, Medical Director of the Tripler Department of Family Medicine, Medical Director of the Warrior Ohana Medical Home in Kapolei, Residency Director at West Virginia University and faculty member at West Virginia University.
• He has also volunteered his time at student-run Salvation Army clinics, health outreach to non-English speaking populations and women’s health services for the uninsured.
